For this sacred time together, you will be under the guidance of your caring and attentive host Renee Cupples.

We will be using the framework of Kate Lemay's art, and our expert instructors to help you find your way into the art of conscious evolution, discovering the magic within YOU. Together we will work with free tools you always have with you to create more focused and intentional energy to help you live the life of your dreams.

We will offer 3 beautiful yoga classes. The sacred practice of yoga (for all abilities, from beginner to expert), will help us allign our energies in perfect harmony.

This retreat is in a camp setting because nature is our nature. A symphony of nature's beauty shall inspire and guide you as you journey toward tranquility and renewal. With each breath, you shall shed the world's weight, embracing a state of pure bliss.

We will enjoy three to four workshops and an opening and closing sacred ceremony.

Lodging Details: At Hi-Rock we are in a beautiful lodge with conference group-style accommodations. There are small groups of beds (2-4) and each room has its own bathroom.
Here we primarily have all activities in the comfortable lodge living room, right on the lake with high ceilings and a beautiful grand fireplace.
This accommodation even has a small kitchenette with a sink, fridge, microwave, and stove. Coffee and tea appliances are also available.
