For this sacred time together, you will be under the guidance of your caring and attentive hosts, Melissa Manville and Heather Letarte.

We will be using the framework of Kate Lemay's art, and our expert instructors to help you find your way into the art of conscious evolution, discovering the magic within YOU. Together we will work with free tools you always have with you to create more focused and intentional energy to help you live the life of your dreams.

We will offer 3 beautiful yoga classes. The sacred practice of yoga (for all abilities, from beginner to expert), will help us allign our energies in perfect harmony.

This retreat is in a camp setting, because nature is our nature. A symphony of nature's beauty, shall inspire and guide you as you journey toward tranquility and renewal. With each breath, you shall shed the world's weight, embracing a state of pure bliss.

We will enjoy three to four workshops as well as an opening and closing sacred ceremony.

Join us, dear seeker of peace, as we embark on a journey of connection, empowering you with the tools to embrace happiness and health.
Lodging Details: At YMCA Camp Woodstock we will primarily stay in the Boathouse Lodge. This lodge has two sleeping quarters each with one small private bunk bed and 10 bunk beds in a larger room. The sleeping quarters are connected to the showers, toilets, and sinks.
This lodge has a great seating area, fireplace, lake view, and kitchenette with a fridge. We will bring our coffee maker and electric tea pot.
Private family cabins can be rented for an additional $250 and can hold up to 10 people. The private cabins use the same bathhouse as the lodge.
